Ryan the pool waiter was probably the best part of this place. Really cool guy, delivered the drinks, did his job. Meanwhile the pools were all disgusting, the drinks are $18 a pop, and our room in no way commanded the price we paid for it. Single king was absolutely not a king. Awful experience all around.

We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at your beautiful property! Swimming, dining, cocktails, pickleball, working out...this place has it all and is just beautiful!

Baili, Blake, Teddy, Luis, and Logan were amazing and super friendly!!! Beautiful views and great drinks. Highly recommend coming around sunset for a sunset toast.

Bar tenders are very professional and knowledgeable when making their signature cocktails. Teddy, Blake, Bali and Logan were great bartenders.

All of the accommodations were amazing, the pool was a lot of fun too due to the amazing staff, especially Joseph Lawley on the slide tower. The food was very good too and the rooms were very clean. The pool was also very clean and there were not many bugs.

On April 15, 2025 the hotel turned off all water to the hotel property from 10am to 4 pm. No bathroom, no hand washing, no food no drinks. MANAGEMENT never addressed the guests or made any attempt to put hand washing stations or sanitation stations. Housekeeping cleaned rooms and toilets room to room without the ability to wash their hands. They had no gloves or sanitizer o the carts I observed. No EFFORT was made for guests comfort or safety. 36 hours later I am experiencing illness. I called corporate and got an apology but no restitution or satisfaction. This is just the tip of our experience. It got worse. If you want to go to a hotel THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR SAFETY then this hotel and it’s management is highly recommended. JWMarriott had an EPIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DISASTER and nothing was done. You choose any Westin or Marriott Brand at your own risk. You’ve been INFORMED.
